Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within:

  • 4–6 business days for regular orders
  • 8–12 business days during peak or holiday seasons.

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare, print, quality-check, and package your products before shipment.
Processing time does not include transit time.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
    Carrier: Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, ICS/Courier partners
    Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
    Free Shipping: Orders over $99


 United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
    Carrier: USPS, UPS, Purolator
    Cost: Calculated at checkout
    Free Shipping: Orders over $200 - Customers are responsible for any customs fees (if applicable).


Australia

  • Standard International Shipping: 8–15 business days

  • Expedited International Shipping: 7–12 business days
    Carrier: Australia Post partners, DHL, UPS
    Cost: Calculated at checkout
    Duties/taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


New Zealand

  • Standard International Shipping: 8–15 business days

  • Expedited International Shipping: 7–12 business days
    Carrier: NZ Post partners, DHL, UPS
    Cost: Calculated at checkout
    Customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Rate Calculations

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping service

Shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking (where available based on destination). Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@gigiandlili.com with your order number.

For damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (USA, Australia, New Zealand) may be subject to import duties or taxes. These fees are charged by local customs and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Customers are responsible for paying these fees.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Due to the printed-on-demand nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for size or style preferences. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
