CANCELLATION POLICY

All items are handprinted to order. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. No exceptions are made to this policy.

RETURN POLICY

Purchasing online is not always easy; therefore, we offer refunds for apparel that remains unworn and unwashed within 15 days of delivery. Please note that returns are not accepted for personalized items, sale items, mugs, or tote bags.

Refund

You may request a refund within 15 days. Refunds are subject to a 3% restocking fee per item and deduction of return shipping costs. A return shipping label will be supplied, and your refund will be processed once we receive your unworn and unwashed item(s).

Please be advised that final sale/last chance items, personalized items and gifts with purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item is found to have been washed or worn, it may be sent back to the customer without processing an exchange. Items with odors such as smoke or perfume, or those with pet hair, will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Returns may also be refused if determined to be "friendly fraud," defined as purchasing with no intention of keeping the item. Each item is handprinted to order, and this policy is intended to prevent misuse of the return process.

The goal is to provide a fair return experience for all customers. On occasion, policies may be adjusted in response to inappropriate use of the returns system.
